
As a Chinese supplier of RF and mixed signal chips, RDA Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "RDA") has launched six new 3G/4G power amplifier series products, namely RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6363, RPM6365, RPM6368, and RPM6569. The six new products launched this time all adopt high linearity GaAs HBT technology, supporting single band and six band operations respectively, providing priority application experience for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
The RPM636X and RPM6569 series products adopt mainstream packaging sizes in the market, fully considering customer PCB compatibility of 3 * 3mm2 and 3 * 4.2mm2, and improving the flexibility
of terminal applications. RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6365, and RPM6368 respectively support LTE B1, LTE B2, LTE B5, and LTE B8 frequency bands; RPM6363 supports LTE B3/B4 frequency bands;
RPM6569 has good broadband characteristics in the industry and can simultaneously support six frequency bands of LTE B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B8. This series of products are compatible with
WCDMA/TD-CDMA/CDMA standards.
The RPM636X and RPM6569 series products have outstanding performance, reaching world-class standards. Using the linear PA industry testing standard FOM (Figure of Merit) to measure, the FOM
values of the six products launched this time all exceed 90.
As high-end products under the RDA "Easy Matching TM" brand, RPM636X and RPM6569 series products can greatly reduce the difficulty of RF front-end debugging, accelerate customer product
development speed, and improve the system performance of terminal products.
